Qwo — Privacy Policy

Qwo ("we", "the app") is an anonymous polling application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

Anonymous account ID. When you open the app, an anonymous account is created automatically (via Firebase Authentication). This ID is not linked to your name, email, or phone number unless you choose to sign in with additional methods in the future.
Display name. A random nickname is assigned automatically; you may change it to anything you like. It is not required to be your real name.
Content you create. Questions, answers, votes, likes, and reports you submit within the app.
Push notification token. Used solely to deliver in-app notifications (e.g. daily question reminders). You can disable notifications at any time in Settings.
Basic device information. Collected automatically by Firebase/Google Play services for app functionality and stability (e.g. device type, OS version).
Approximate location. With your permission, we determine your approximate city and country once, the first time you open the app. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates, and we do not track your location on an ongoing basis. This information is stored with your account and attached to the questions you create and the answers you submit, so that we can, in the future, show aggregated results broken down by region. You can decline this permission and continue using the app normally.
Advertising ID. If you choose to watch a rewarded video ad to earn tokens, Google AdMob may access your device's advertising ID to serve and measure that ad. See Section 3 for details on how Google handles this data.

2. How we use this information

We use the information above solely to operate the app's core features: displaying polls, recording your votes anonymously, showing your chosen display name to other users, sending optional notifications, and moderating reported content.

3. Third-party services

The app uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Functions) to store and process data described above. Firebase's own privacy practices are described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

4. Advertising

Qwo shows optional rewarded video ads, served by Google AdMob, that let you earn tokens in exchange for watching. Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID and other data to serve and measure these ads, in accordance with Google's advertising policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings. Watching ads is entirely optional — you can use the app fully without ever watching one.

5. Purchases

You can optionally purchase tokens through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled directly by Google Play, subject to Google's own privacy policy.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your information. Your chosen display name and the content you post (questions, answers) are visible to other users of the app, as this is the core purpose of the service. Aside from the advertising and payment processing described above, we do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

7. Children's privacy

Qwo is intended for users aged 13 and older; it is not directed at young children. Some content within the app may be marked as adult (18+) and is hidden by default; users must enable a setting to view it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Your choices

You can change or reset your display name at any time in Settings.
You can disable push notifications at any time in Settings.
You can delete individual questions you created.
To request deletion of your account data entirely, contact us at the email below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Qwo («мы», «приложение») — приложение для анонимных опросов. Эта политика объясняет, какую информацию мы собираем, как её используем, и какой у вас есть выбор.

1. Какую информацию мы собираем

Анонимный ID аккаунта. При открытии приложения автоматически создаётся анонимный аккаунт (через Firebase Authentication). Этот ID не связан с вашим именем, email или номером телефона.
Отображаемое имя. Автоматически присваивается случайный никнейм; вы можете изменить его на любое, оно не обязано быть вашим настоящим именем.
Создаваемый контент. Вопросы, ответы, голоса, лайки и жалобы, отправляемые внутри приложения.
Токен push-уведомлений. Используется исключительно для доставки уведомлений внутри приложения. Вы можете отключить уведомления в любой момент в Настройках.
Базовая информация об устройстве. Собирается автоматически сервисами Firebase/Google Play для работы и стабильности приложения (тип устройства, версия ОС).
Приблизительная геолокация. С вашего разрешения мы один раз, при первом открытии приложения, определяем ваш приблизительный город и страну. Мы не собираем точные GPS-координаты и не отслеживаем ваше местоположение постоянно. Эта информация сохраняется вместе с вашим аккаунтом и привязывается к создаваемым вами вопросам и ответам, чтобы в будущем показывать статистику с разбивкой по регионам. Вы можете отказаться от этого разрешения и продолжить пользоваться приложением как обычно.
Рекламный идентификатор. Если вы решите посмотреть rewarded-рекламу ради токенов, Google AdMob может использовать рекламный идентификатор вашего устройства для показа и измерения этой рекламы. Подробнее — в разделе 3.

2. Как мы используем эту информацию

Мы используем указанную информацию исключительно для работы основных функций приложения: отображения опросов, анонимной записи ваших голосов, показа выбранного вами имени другим пользователям, отправки уведомлений (по желанию) и модерации отмеченного контента.

3. Сторонние сервисы

Приложение использует Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Functions) для хранения и обработки указанных данных. Политика конфиденциальности Firebase доступна по адресу firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

4. Реклама

Qwo показывает необязательную rewarded-видеорекламу от Google AdMob, за просмотр которой можно получить токены. Google AdMob может использовать рекламный идентификатор вашего устройства и другие данные для показа и измерения такой рекламы, в соответствии с рекламной политикой Google. Вы можете сбросить или удалить рекламный идентификатор в любой момент в настройках устройства. Просмотр рекламы полностью необязателен — приложением можно полноценно пользоваться, ни разу её не посмотрев.

5. Покупки

Вы можете по желанию приобрести токены через Google Play Billing. Мы не собираем и не храним данные вашей платёжной карты — вся обработка платежей происходит напрямую через Google Play, в соответствии с политикой конфиденциальности Google.

6. Передача данных

Мы не продаём вашу информацию. Выбранное вами имя и создаваемый контент (вопросы, ответы) видны другим пользователям приложения — это основная цель сервиса. Помимо рекламы и обработки платежей, описанных выше, мы не передаём ваши данные третьим лицам в рекламных целях.

7. Конфиденциальность детей

Qwo предназначено для пользователей от 13 лет; оно не ориентировано на маленьких детей. Часть контента в приложении может быть отмечена как для взрослых (18+) и скрыта по умолчанию — пользователь должен включить соответствующую настройку, чтобы её увидеть. Если вы считаете, что ребёнок предоставил нам личные данные, свяжитесь с нами для их удаления.

8. Ваш выбор

Вы можете изменить или сбросить отображаемое имя в любой момент в Настройках.
Вы можете отключить push-уведомления в любой момент в Настройках.
Вы можете удалить отдельные созданные вами вопросы.

9. Изменения политики

Мы можем время от времени обновлять эту политику. Продолжение использования приложения после изменений означает согласие с обновлённой политикой.
